We were founded in 1975​ to provide the manufacturing industry with experienced general and precision machining, welding and fabricating, and custom machine building, supported by our in-house mechanical and electrical engineering teams.

While we started as a small operation in Deerfield, we are now located in Wheeling, Illinois. Our current facility houses a full-service machine shop and a manufacturing operation capable of designing and building machines of any size. We specialize in serving packaging industries such as steel, cotton, fiber, brick, and lumber, and have also provided solutions for the vending and food industries.

Additionally, our Wheeling location includes a repair depot and tech center focused on film-dispensing equipment for the horizontal wrapping of steel and aluminum coils. We offer turnkey depot services for the repair and exchange of specialized equipment—including preventive, corrective, and reliability-centered maintenance—with complete testing available on-site.
